How to soften your new belt

But wait, what if you put on a new belt and the belt is so stiff that the ends stick to the sides? There are two techniques you can use to quickly soften that rigid belt. Finally, now that you look at it, you are ready to start training. The right technique is really important and your instructor will teach you everything you need to know.
